I lead a product group at Redgate Software in Cambridge: engineering teams, PMs, designers, and the commercial strategy that ties it together.

I spend my free time building things. iOS apps in Swift. AI infrastructure in TypeScript. This site, which I built in Astro. I build because that's how I learn, and right now there's a lot to learn.

The short version

Ten years in B2B product. Four companies, each a step up: from Pamoja Education (the world's first IB-approved online school) to Smoothwall (cloud security for schools) to MOO (B2B subscription, SMB to enterprise) to Redgate (enterprise database tooling). I started in technology at 20, co-founded an EdTech startup, and worked my way from execution into strategy.

The thread through all of it: shipping things customers value, making the commercial model work, and building teams that do their best work.

What I'm building right now

• SkyReady. A weather decision app for iOS. Live on the App Store. I designed, built, and shipped it end-to-end in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Frame. A photo editing app for iOS. Beautiful frames, film-inspired filters, and on-device AI edits. Live on the App Store.
• TideReady. A tide and coastal conditions app for iOS. Five activity modes for beach, surf, kite, fishing, and walks. Coming soon.
• PAI. A personal AI infrastructure built on Daniel Miessler's open-source platform. I've configured it deeply for product work and added 50+ custom skills. I use it every day.

What I write about
